Text message alerts from Amy AI Systems

Amy AI Systems, LLC provides Amy, a home monitoring and assistant system for families caring for a loved one. With your permission, Amy can send text message alerts to the caregivers you choose.

What you will receive. Safety and system alerts only, for example:

• a possible fall or a hazard (such as smoke) detected in the home;
• no response to a spoken “Are you OK?” check;
• a person on the household’s watchlist seen at the home;
• a notice that the system itself needs attention.

We never send marketing or promotional texts.

How often. Only when an event happens. Most households receive fewer than 10 texts a month.

How you agree. The account holder lists each caregiver’s mobile number on the Amy enrollment form and ticks this box for each one:

Each caregiver receives a confirmation text when their number is added.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one final confirmation, then no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at goldmanchristopher@yahoo.com.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your mobile number is used only to send these alerts. It is never sold or shared with anyone for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
