A caring set of eyes and ears at home

Amy is a home monitoring and assistant system for families who look after an older loved one. It watches for safety events, answers everyday questions by voice, and lets caregivers know when something needs attention.

What Amy does

• Watches for safety events, such as a possible fall or smoke, using the cameras in the home.
• Checks in out loud. If something looks wrong, Amy asks “Are you OK?” and listens for an answer.
• Alerts caregivers by email, and by text message for caregivers who have agreed to receive texts.
• Talks and listens. Say the wake word and ask a question; Amy answers in the room you are in.

Amy is in development and is not yet available for purchase. Amy provides wellness monitoring and alerting. It is not a medical device and does not replace emergency services.
